In the wild, wolves and wild dogs do not only eat meat, but also the stomach contents of prey. This gives them fruit, vegetables and herbs. This provides them with vital carbohydrates, minerals and trace elements. All Wildborn varieties are based precisely on this form of nutrition combined with today's knowledge.

The fish we use comes from fisheries that have high fishing standards and keep stocks in balance on a sustainable basis. This means that there is no overfishing, which benefits the natural fish population.

Trout & salmon provide dogs with a very easily digestible protein. They also provide long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which are vital for dogs. They have several positive effects on the body. For example, eating fish lowers triglyceride levels (blood lipids), which reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and strokes. Fish also provides iodine and selenium, two important trace elements.

The balanced fish content in our food ensures optimum maintenance of muscle mass and supports healthy blood sugar levels and a peak condition for dogs of all breeds and in all situations.

Our medicinal herb mix - centaury makes all the difference

All our biologically appropriate dog foods are formulated with the dog's genetic origin in mind. It is not just the high meat content that makes the difference, but our "secret recipe" is our special blend of medicinal herbs.

We use valuable plants such as yucca extract, nettle, blackberry leaves, yarrow, fennel, caraway, camomile flowers, mistletoe, gentian root and the special medicinal plant centaury.

Centaury is a relative of gentian and therefore also optimally promotes digestive activity and stimulates the production of digestive juices. Its digestive effect and the associated strengthening effect is so pronounced that centaury is one of the most highly valued medicinal plants. This is more than clear from its name.

Grain-free and gluten-free, as grain is not a natural food for carnivores and is the main cause of allergic feed reactions.
