The game consists of a round base and two moving levels. On the upper level there are rollers that can be removed. The second level is a flower with five cut-out "petals" under which treats can be hidden in openings. The third level can be rotated independently of the second level and contains five reels under which treats can also be hidden. The dog can reach these by removing the blocking reels.

Between the "petals" are openings for blocking rollers, which the dog must remove before it can turn the second level of the game and thus reach the dry snacks hidden under the "petals". Under the third level, between the openings for the rollers, there are additional (smaller) hiding places for treats, which the dog can only fish out after adjusting/rotating the disc accordingly. The "Dog Flower" is supplied with 10 game discs (rollers). The game offers up to 21 hiding places for dry treats
