Due to their composition, antlers are extremely healthy. Antlers consist of valuable minerals and trace elements such as iron, phosphorus, sulphur, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc (to name but a few) and these are also present in an optimal ratio. The respective content of these nutrients depends on the habitat of the animals as well as on the weather conditions and eating habits of the animals.

The fact that antlers are shed once a year makes them a renewable resource in the truest sense of the word. No animal is killed for this but provides us with this great raw material completely voluntarily. In order not to destroy the animals' natural habitat and not to expose them to unnecessary stress through the noise of engines, the antlers are collected exclusively on foot and by hand. Every day counts here! The fresher the antlers are, the more nutrients can be preserved during further processing.
