Our ostrich meat comes from a farm where the largest birds in the world grow up in a spacious, natural environment with lush pastures, hay and a balanced diet. Ostriches can live up to 60 years and run up to 70 kilometres per hour. On the farm, the ostriches have 80 hectares of space to run and explore, which contributes to stress-free rearing. Our ostriches are born on the farm and live in a natural environment where they are fed with the farm's own produce. Antibiotics, performance enhancers and animal protein components are not included in their feed. The meat of the ostriches is extremely lean and low in fat, with a remarkably high content of native taurine.
