Our organic cattle farmers attach great importance to grazing. With a generous pasture area of 60 hectares, the cattle have significantly more space to roam than in conventional farming. This gives the meat a leaner quality. During the warmer months, the cattle are mainly fed on pasture, while grass and hay silage is used in winter to positively influence the quality of the meat. In organic farming, only organic feed is used, 90% of which is grown by the organic farmer himself.
