EMH Hay Cubes are ideal as a complete hay substitute, especially for old horses and horses with dental problems. EMH Hay Cubes are also ideal for mixing with medication or mineral concentrates. The cultivation and processing of the raw materials for our EMH Hay Cubes are strictly controlled. Through contract farming, we guarantee a gentle harvesting and processing method as well as optimum grass quality. According to the results of the soil samples taken regularly, the areas under cultivation are systematically supplemented with nutrients and cultivated according to the special requirements of the horses. In this way, herbs are not suppressed by excessive fertiliser applications, but are specifically promoted for a species-rich mixture. To specifically support fibre digestion and improve the body's ability to absorb nutrients, the fibres in the hay are enhanced with Eggersmann MicroHerbs (EMH). With regular feeding, an improved general condition and increased vitality can be expected. In addition, the storage stability of the EMH hay cubes is increased by the addition. In the interests of sustainability and the conservation of fossil resources, the grass for the EMH Hay Cubes is not artificially dried. For natural, CO2-neutral drying, we rely entirely on the light and heat of the sun. Due to their coarse structure, EMH hay cubes absorb more water than conventional hay cobs and achieve approx. four times the swelling volume with a loose consistency.
