Our main type of meat is free-range meadow lamb

Our lamb meat comes exclusively from free-range meadow lambs. Lamb meat is very tender and nutritionally extremely valuable. The species-specific feed basis gives it its typical, spicy flavour.

Lamb meat provides high-quality protein and is an excellent source of all B vitamins, especially vitamin B12, which is not found in plant-based foods. The often scarce mineral iron is found in lamb in abundance and in its most favourable form: The body absorbs iron about 5 times better from lamb than from plant foods.
