"iPet-Smart Dog" - Every dog needs a computer!

"iPet-Smart Dog" is an innovative game of skill for dogs. It was developed by My Intelligent Dogs and has a difficulty level of 4 paws. The game is a simple, binary computer made of wood in the shape of a laptop. On the four sides of the game there are eight hidden pull-outs with openings for treats. The pull-outs can be pulled out using the strings attached to their ends. The individual pull-outs are blocked by other pull-outs running across. The dog must first pull out the opposite pull-outs on the short sides of the game, and only then can the pull-outs on the two long sides of the game be moved. If the dog solves all the tasks correctly, "Smart Dog" appears on the surface (on the display).

"Smart Dog" is recommended for keeping dogs mentally occupied. As very intelligent animals, they need a species-appropriate balance to physical activity (walking, running, agility); otherwise their mental abilities are not sufficiently challenged. This can lead to unwanted behaviour in the dog: Aggression, separation anxiety, frustration, destructiveness, restlessness or impatience.

Play trains a dog's concentration and dexterity and encourages its natural instincts: Curiosity, play instinct and sense of smell. Your dog will love it if you prepare the game and he can prove himself to you. This strengthens the bond between you and your dog as well as his self-esteem. Intelligence games are a meaningful and species-appropriate activity for dogs that are recommended by trainers and vets.

Here's how it works:

1: Hide your dog's favourite treats in the recesses of the pull-outs and under the play bricks on the surface. Let your dog watch as you prepare the game. This will arouse his curiosity.

2: Encourage your dog to start searching. Be patient and show him how the game works. For example, by showing him where a reward is waiting for him and the order in which he should complete the task. This way you can ensure that your dog enjoys playing together and solves the task correctly.

3: Use the game without the tokens at the beginning. Only when your dog solves the tasks without difficulty do you increase the level of difficulty by adding the tokens to the surface. This will keep your dog challenged and provide a meaningful, species-appropriate activity.

The game should always offer a task that the dog can solve. Otherwise your dog could lose motivation if he cannot solve the game after a few attempts. If the game is too difficult for your dog, try other games with a lower level of difficulty first.

Never leave your dog playing unattended and intervene if he starts to bite the toy. Inspect the toy regularly for damage, e.g. wood splinters. Wipe the product with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.

"Smart Dog" is made of certified wood that has been coated with a layer of transparent water-based varnish that is harmless to humans and animals. Please protect the game from moisture, otherwise the wooden parts may swell. Only use dry dog snacks to play with "Smart Dog".
