Our organic cattle farmers place the highest value on species-appropriate husbandry. Pasture grazing is an absolute priority and the cattle enjoy significantly more exercise on 60 hectares of pasture than in conventional farming. This is reflected in the quality of the meat, which is particularly lean as a result. In summer, pasture feed and in winter grass and hay silage are on the menu, always in organic quality and 90% home-grown by the organic farmer.
